This is a beautiful set of Duncan Phype style dining room chairs that have all been restored and re-glued and are now ready for a new home. The seats have a nice velvet dark green fabric on them. This is a very nice Jacobean style dining room table and chair set that is probably from the 1920 s or 1930 s. The table top has been painted black with the oak wood on the sides have been stained and has several coats of polyurethane for maximum protection. It measures 40 wide by 60 long and is 30.5 high. The 212 leaves on the table pull out and pop up from each end to extend the table to 84 long. The chairs have all be restored and re-glued and are very sturdy. The side chair seats are 19 wide and 19 high. The captains chair seat is 21 wide and 19 high. The arms are 24 wide. This dining set is now ready for a new home. Vinyl Record Buffs!! This record cabinet was made by the Lane Company and is in like new condition. It was probably made in the late 60 s or early 70 s and is a beautiful piece of furniture that held many vinyl records. The labels on the door are in excellent condition also. This looks like a little 3 drawer cabinet but when you open the top pull the whole front comes down revealing slots for the records. The original Lane tags are still with the cabinet. This antique oak Davenport desk was probably made in the early 19 th century and is in excellent condition in spite of its age. The desk has a leather slanted top that lifts up and has some cubbies and storage underneath. It was originally from New York but brought to Colorado years ago. From my research the desk was probably used by ladies as a writing desk. It has 3 drawers on the right side which could have been used for clothing storage or important papers. This antique rocking chair has been totally restored to its original finish and parts have been re-glued so is as sturdy as the day it was made. I believe it is from the late 1800 s to early 1900 s era. It is unique with the pressed back and the decorative wooden dowels in the back and the 1 s on the sides holding up the arms. The rocker seat is 20.5 wide and is 18 high. The back is 40 high. It is very comfortable and rocks smoothly. There are a number of cracks in the seat due to age but they do not effect the sturdiness of the rocker. Because of the age and the condition it is a great buy and could be used in almost any room in your home. This dining room set and china cabinet is a 1 of a kind hand paintedaccording to the papers that came with it. The paper work says it came from Pulaski Furniture and was the Oriental Treasures line. It is probably about 15 years old but looks like new so was well taken care of. The table top is a stained wood with a glossy finish as is the top of the china cabinet. The table top is all 1 color although the pictures have shadows that make it not look all the same. The table is 48 round with an 18 leaf which makes makes the table an oval shape that measures 48 wide x 66 long. There are 2 captains chairs with arms and 4 side chairs. The chair seats are 19 wide and 19 high and the back is 40 high. The matching china cabinet has beveled glass doors and 2 wooden shelves and a drawer on the top and the bottom for extra storage. The top curved back decorative piece comes off for easy moving. The china cabinet measures 41 wide x 16 deep and 65 high to the top of the bak piece. The table and china cabinet are very heavy so a couple of strong guys will need to be available for pickup for the china cabinet.
