FYI Notice: Several of my clients that I talked to and assisted, had paid out deposits from $5,000 to $20,0000 and NEVER got it back. Working with a “Real Licensed State Contractor” will not, ask you for a ridiculous amount of deposit. Go with your gut and make the right decision. As a multiple-State License Contractor with over 35 years in the industry and today, I only assist, consult, guide and educate those with their construction project concerns. Even if youre an individual thats wanting to build (supervise) their own project (residential or commercial) or an experience contractor thats needing design clarification.
