This 26 wheel is in good shape, no issues with it. Its ready to go, you can put it on a bike and ride away. I pulled it from a parts bike that had a mismatched wheel set, so no matching rear wheel unfortunately. The rim is a Mavic 221 and it has a Goodyear tire with good tread.
