The phone is functional but it does not get passed the wifi connection start up page. This phone was used with Verizon and not unlocked. There are some scratches to the outside of the phone. The phone was being used as normal, but when factory reset, it errored and doesnt get passed wifi start up page. For these reasons its being sold as parts. phone only.
