Bass Hawk XL 17 foot bass boat completely restored. Bass Hawk was built by Chaparral boats and Johnson Motors to compete with Ranger Boat and has a 1708 hand laid hull. Everything is new and d 1 right. I have over 1000 pictures of the complete restoration which will come with the boat. The only things that haven’t been replaced are the cap, the hull and the deck locker handles. Everything else has been replaced new. Wiring is tinned coated copper marine grade. New stringers, strakes, bulkheads, transom installed with 1708 and CSM. Hull has been fully foam filled. The hull is gel coated and painted with AWLGrip clear coated with metal flake. All new pumps, hoses, fuse blocks, bus bars, lights, switches, thru hulls, rub rail, hinges, seats and seat post, deck cleats. Deck has a easy to clean non-skid surface. The trailer has been completely reworked, sandblasted, primed and painted with all new rollers and lights and winch strap. The fenders have been replaced. New galvanized rims and tires, New galvanized hubs with bearings and lugs. Boat ready for your motor and gauges, rated for a 150 hp motor long shaft. I restored this boat for myself, have thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours into it with no intention of selling it but health issues have changed that.
