Ask for Yadhi or Lupe. 💼 ORDER PICKER: STARTING AT $16.00 AN HOUR All Star Labor and Staffing is now looking to hire an Order Picker. Seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse team in the Salem area. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and staging products for customer orders. This role requires a high level of physical activity, including extensive walking throughout the warehouse and locating items based on printed picking labels. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret picking tickets and labels to find product locations • Accurately pick and stage items for delivery • Maintain proper product handling to prevent damage • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas • Work efficiently while meeting daily picking quotas Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods (8+ hours). Must be able to read and understand location codes and labels. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Prior warehouse/order picking experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish). Work Environment: Cold and dry storage environments. Fast-paced team setting. Safety-first culture. PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION: Swing Shift: 2/4pm – midnight. (8/10 hour shifts depending on production needs) Sunday-Thursday, some Saturday/Friday maybe required as needed.
