Bicentennial Stamp Set Framed by Virginia MetalCrafters VMC These Bicentennial Commemorative stamps are uncirculated and in Mint condition. They are set in a beautiful wooden frame along with the Certificate of Authenticity and a metal Medallion from VMC. The stamps included are as follows: First Continental Congress 10 cent, Rise of the Spirit of Independence 8 Cent, Colonial American Craftsman 8 Cents, Independence Hall 10 Cents.
