There will be NO signs to guide you or mark the correct house! To be found by address/description only. Pictures were updated at 3:16pm on Tuesday, November 11, and reflect the inventory at that time. Many items shown will be taken, and many more will be added regularly. This is an odd garage sale. Please read below before visiting. PAYMENT: -We accept Cash App and Venmo. Cash may also be accepted in some situations, if someone happens to be home at the time, or if you text me and work out a hiding place for the cash. -My contact info and payment information will be posted at the sale where you can see it. There will be a phone number included in the pictures for this sale. Do not send payment to anyone whose contact info does not match the number in the picture AND what you see at the garage sale when you get there. PRICING: -The items are not free, but it is entirely up to you how much you would like to pay for each item. I wont be offended by whatever you decide to pay, as long as its something. You also do not need to let me know what you decided to buy, because I am not keeping track of what is there. Just be fair to yourself, I want you to walk away thinking WOWZERS THATS A GREAT DEAL. SCHEDULE: -This is an unattended garage sale, its likely that no one will be there while you shop. -Open every day, rain or shine, all year, every year. Stop by any time between 8am and 7pm, any day of the week, and help yourself. This applies even when this post is no longer visible. -I will try to have the door open every day, but if the garage door is shut when you come (the overhead single car garage door all the way to the right), go ahead and open it up. Grasp the handle, twist, and lift until the springs take over. If you cant figure it out, you may enter through the regular side door closer to the house. WHATS FOR SALE: -You will find all for-sale items in the very last car bay off to the right, inside the garage behind the house. There will be chalk on the floor showing a clear boundary between the items that are for sale and the items that are not (see pictures). You are encouraged to dig through containers and be as invasive as possible, as long as youre only looking through items in the for-sale zone. -The items along the walls and in the other car bays are not for sale. All shelving and tables are not for sale unless clearly marked otherwise. -Boxes, buckets, or any other type of container within the for-sale zone are free to take with you to aid in transporting your purchases. -More items are added regularly! Feel free to reach out to me if youve visited before and youre wondering what sort of things have been added since your last visit (Ill probably be able to at least give you a general idea). -At certain times of the year you may also find lemonade or hot chocolate available at the sale. This will also be self serve with no set price, although please specify in the payment memo if you do decide to get a drink/snack, as this portion of the sale goes entirely to my young daughter. CAUTIONS: -There are pets and children at this house. Please drive slowly and carefully when approaching the garage. All pets and children should be safely behind a fence, but you never know! -Many of the items at this sale have not been tested in any way, so if its too good to be true, it probably isnt! This is particularly true of the electronics, but this is a good rule of thumb for everything at this sale. Some items have been tested and have some sort of flaw or functionality issue, and are being sold for anyone who wants to give repairing them a try, or wants them for parts. The yellow power cable hanging next to the payment info signs is there if youd like to test something before buying. Youre welcome to bring your own test media/equipment, or rig up something with what is already present. (the test cable has power if the tip is glowing orange) -Children are of course welcome at the garage sale, but keep in mind this is an extremely dusty and dirty sale, with sharp tools and other dangerous hazards in a tight space. Its not exactly toddler friendly! LOCATION: -There will be no signs guiding you or marking the correct house. (thats the secret part of a secret garage sale). This helps guarantee that anyone visiting has already seen and read the necessary info to participate. -There is a black, plastic mailbox out front. The house is a white prefab that is set aways back from the road.
