I am selling a 1970 Martin D-35 dreadnaught body style acoustic guitar, serial number 266247 stamped on neck block along with “D-35“ designation. Year verified from Gruhn and Carter and with letter of authentication signed by Mike Longworth. The D-35 features a 3-piece back of Brazilian rosewood on the wings and Indian rosewood in center. Sides are Brazilian (in 1969 and 1970 Martin started replacing the Indian rosewood with Brazilian on some D-35s – this may be one of them). Top is Sitka spruce. Ebony fretboard and bridge. Excellent condition, all original, fantastic tone, easy to play in all positions. You will want to play and hear this guitar to appreciate it.
