Up for sale from my uncles antique collection an Underwood Standard Portable Typewriter, this is truly rare Musuem quality typewriter, the result of genius engineering and craftsmanship… it must have a so much history probably journalist reported about Great Depression or historians writing books about world wars or scholars wrote their doctoral papers and on and on … It is functional but with some TLCMostly lubricating and cleaning and new ribbonit will come to full life, its a Beautiful Display piece at office home history musuems guaranteed to be focal speaking point for your guests or visitors We inherited this typewriter recently however wee happen to be in downsizing mode so we are looking for a new home for this antique curiosity piece of late 19 century/ early 20 th century engineering genius !
