I have an NCM Moscow 48 volt electric mountain bike for sale. The bike is used, but in good condition. It has a new battery w/charger, handgrips, seat and seat post. I had a local bike shop replace the chain and and 2 of the cables and adjust the brakes. I am asking $900.00 dollars OBO for the bike and charger.
