Live out Building Manager - 2x - 35 unit Buildings in the West End

Im a property manager for a large management company. We currently have an opening for a live out building manager for 2 small buildings in the West end. ( Each with around 30-35 units ). Salary is between 30-$40,000 annually based on in experience. 40 hours per week. On call for emergencies. Tenant relations, rent collections, and day to day Administrative and computer skills ideal, but not neccessary as we can train. Great staff and community feel towards work environment.
