This antique chest of drawers was made by the LUCE Furniture Company that was located in Grand Rapids, Michigan probably in the 1930 s. This company built high end furniture at the time. The top drawer has a beautiful veneer on the front and all the drawer pulls are original as well as the wooden wheels on the 4 legs. The drawers are dovetailed and slide easily in and out. It has a narrow top drawer with some dividers, a large and deep second drawer, and 2 medium drawers on the bottom. The chest of drawers measures 38 wide x 22 deep x 46 high. This is a beautiful square occasional table that probably dates back to the early 1900 s or late 1800 s. It is in pristine condition for its age. This table top has been completely re-glued and the top and bottom shelf and the legs have been restored back to their original finish. The curved Queen Anne legs are very graceful and gives this table an elegant look. The wood top and bottom shelf are quarter sawn oak. The table measures 24 x 24 square and is 30 high so a perfect si ze to put between 2 chairs or as a bedside table. If interested call Sharon at 719-488-3778. This antique oak Davenport desk was probably made in the early 19 th century and is in excellent condition in spite of its age. The desk has a leather slanted top that lifts up and has some cubbies and storage underneath. It was originally from New York but brought to Colorado years ago. From my research the desk was probably used by ladies as a writing desk. It has 3 drawers on the right side which could have been used for clothing storage or important papers. The desk is 26 wide x 20 deep x 31 high. It has the original drawer pulls and the drawers are dovetailed. The desk has been cleaned and restored and is now ready for a new home. This antique arm chair is probably from the early 1900 s and could have been used as a parlor chair. The wood on the chair is walnut and has some patina from use over the years. The upholstery on the seat and back is not the original but what was on it when we got it. The fabric is a nice creamy colored background with a gold/brown diamond design. This is a beautiful antique oak captains chair that is in like new condition in spite of its age. It has been re-glued and restored and the cane seat is in excellent condition. I think it has been re-caned recently. This chair has a unique carved back on it that looks like a harp. The chair seat is 21 wide x 18 high. The arms are 24 wide x 27 high. The back is 42 high. This would make a very nice occasional chair or an extra dining chair. This beautiful Duncan Phyfe style dining room set was probably made in the late 1930 s or early 1940 s era. The table legs have the lyre design in the middle of each leg that matches the lyre backs on the chairs. The table top has been refinished and the legs have been cleaned and restored back to their original finish and the brass feet on the table legs are original, There are 5 side chairs and 1 captains chair that have been re-glued, restored, and the seats all have new upholstery. There are 312 leaves that can be inserted to expand the table to 98. There are the original table pads that are still in excellent condition. The table has 2 drop leaves that can be popped up into place or left down when you want the table smaller. The table with the drop leaves down is 42 wide by 32 long and 29.5 high. With the drop leaves up the table expands to 42 wide by 62 long. With all the leaves in, the table expands to 98 long. The Duncan Phyfe style tables are so versatile because you have so many size options depending on how many guests you have.Anywhere from 2-12 people.The chair seats are 18 wide and 18 high and the backs are 38 high. The captains chair seat is 20 wide so a little wider than the side chairs. The table and chairs are all in excellent condition and are ready for a new home. This is a darling doll cradle made by the Whitney Company probably in the 1950 s. The ends are in the shape of a tulip and the painting on the ends are original. The bottom has contact paper that looks like it was from that era. It is approx. 20 high x 14 deep x 23 wide. It swings easily and is in great condition for its age. The table top was a different type of wood so is a little darker than the chairs and table legs. It has been sprayed with a number of coats of polyurethane for maximum protection. This set was given to my niece and nephew in the early 1970 s but was used by some other child in the 20 years prior to them getting it. The table and chairs are in like new condition and the decal on the back of the chairs are totally intact and are original.
